📦 All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). During busy seasons or sales, processing may take an extra 1-2 days but we promise to keep you updated if there are any unexpected delays. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email or text so you can follow your package every step of the way.

 

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship using USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground, depending on your location and order size. 

 

💵 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your package's weight and destination. We strive to offer the most affordable rates available while ensuring your products arrive quickly and safely. 

 

🏠 Wrong Address or Returned Package

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Heavenly Hair & Skincare is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

All shipments include tracking and basic insurance. If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a replacement or claim through the carrier.

We're so excited to share our Heavenly Hai & Skincare Products with our Canadian customers! Please note that all Canadian orders are shipped from the United States.

💵 Shipping Rates

All Canadian orders are processed and shipped using UPS Standard or another reliable carrier. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your package weight, size and delivery location.

Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees

Because your order is crossing the border, Canadian import taxes, duties and customs office and are the customer's responsibility. They are not included in your product or shipping price.

Delivery Times

Typically delivery time for Canada orders is 4-10 business days, depending on your location and customs processing times. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
